Yoga 4 Week Course

Come and join Veronika for this 4 week Yoga course at Wasing Wellbeing. 

Dates & times for the Monday night course starting 20th May are:-

Monday 3rd June 2024 7-8pm
Monday 10th June 2024 7-8pm
Monday 24th June 2024 7-8pm

Yoga isn’t about fancy asanas, it’s about so much more, this 4 week Yoga course is a mix of Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin yoga styles here for you if you wish to explore the yoga world and perhaps try different types of yoga to see what it can do for your body, mind and soul. We will explore our energy centres (chakras), as well as work with our energy locks (bandhas).

In this 4 week course, Veronika will lead you through the steps to master the most common Yoga Asanas (postures), introduce you to Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation, as well as discuss some of the philosophical underpinnings but mainly, you will discover what your body can truly do and how powerful it can be. By the end of the course you will feel confident and ready to continue your yoga journey.

Wasing Wellbeing provides mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets.
