Nervous System Reset : Breath | Ice | Sound

Sunday 8th November 2026 10am-5pm

Saturday 6th March 2027 10am-5pm

This immersive day retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance through breath, sound, nourishment, and nature.

The day begins with ceremonial cacao, opening a gentle transition from everyday life into a more grounded, intentional state. From here, you will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork session, held with care and sensitivity by Breathwork practitioner Dean Teyla. This practice works directly with the nervous system, helping to release stored tension, and build capacity to move between activation and relaxation with greater ease.

The Breathwork will flow into a deeply restorative sound bath, with sound Therapist Monica Bazzani, where subtle vibrations support rest, integration, and nervous system regulation.

A delicious vegetarian lunch will be shared, during which Dean will explain the science behind cold water immersion and breathwork. The day will offer lots of time for not only the physical practices, but also integration and discussion, within a small and welcoming group environment.

Following lunch there will be another breathwork session, offering the chance to explore the benefits of various breathwork techniques that you can incorporate in to your daily routine, using the breath as a tool for awareness, regulation, and release.

You will then be gently guided through an ice bath experience. Using the breath as an anchor, you will learn how to meet controlled stress with presence, helping to build nervous system resilience, increase stress tolerance, and cultivate a sense of calm.

This expansive day closes at our wild swimming lake, featuring a stunning wood fired sauna with panoramic views. You will be able to take an optional dip in the lake and enjoy time to unwind in the sauna, allowing warmth, contrast, and stillness to complete the cycle.

Throughout the day, there is an emphasis on listening to your body, moving at your own pace, and connecting with the beautiful landscape of the Wasing.

This retreat is suitable for both newcomers and those with previous experience. You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.
