We offer the following tipi tent and yurt options for 1 night on Saturday 20th June 2026:-

TIPI TENTS:-

2 People / 1 Double Bed - £240

3 People / 1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed - £305

4 People / 1 Double Bed & 2 Single Beds - £370

YURTS:-

2 People / 1 Double Bed - £290

3 People / 1 Double Bed & 1 Single Bed - £355

4 People / 1 Double Bed & 2 Single Beds - £420

5 People / 1 Double Bed & 3 Single Beds - £485

6 People / 1 Double Bed & 4 Single Beds - £550

What's Included:-

- Ground sheet

- Carpet

- Waste bin

- Door mat 

- Rug

- Cushion

- Mirror

- Table

- Lantern

- Beds as per the configuration selected on booking

- Bedding

- Limited power for charging phones (not suitable for heavier duty electrical items such as hairdryers)

- Access to nearby drinking water and loos (shared access with the campsite)

What's Not Included:-

- Wifi

- Heating

- Towels

- Solstice At Wasing tickets & parking tickets (you'll need to purchase these here)

- Showers

- Food & Drinks (you're welcome to bring your own to the tipi tent village but please note that it's not permitted to bring it in to the woodland venue where the event takes place but there'll be plenty of food & drinks vendors available)

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:-

Check-in is from 11am on 20th June 2026 and check-out is by 4pm on Sunday 21st June 2026.

Please leave your tipi tent or yurt in the same condition as it was presented upon your arrival. Your tipi tent or yurt will be inspected upon your departure & if any damage to the tipi tent or its fixtures and fittings are found by our staff, you will be liable for a charge of up to £300 which will be invoiced within 14 days of your visit. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal property brought to the venue. Please do not leave valuables in your tipi tent. BBQs, bonfires & naked flames are strictly prohibited. The price is based on hiring the entire tipi tent for both nights & we do not offer reduced prices for half capacity. Tipi tents are available to Solstice At Wasing ticketholders only. Children & babies under the age of 18 years old are welcome to stay in the tipi tents or yurts provided that anyone under the age of 18 years old is accompanied by an adult at all times & must not be left in the tipi tents or yurts unattended. You will need to be able to carry your luggage this distance so we recommend packing light.
