VEHICLE PASSES

If you are bringing a vehicle, please purchase a vehicle pass in advance. If you are Friday only ticketholder, you should purchase a “Vehicle Parking Pass (Friday Only Access)”. If you are a weekend ticketholder bringing a car, you should buy a “Car Parking Pass (Weekend Access)”, If you are a weekend ticketholder bringing a live-in vehicle or campervan, you should buy a “Live-In Vehicle Parking Pass (Weekend Access)”. If you are a Blue Badge holder of have accessible needs, whether a Friday or weekend ticketholder, you should purchase a “Vehicle Parking Pass (Accessible Car Park)”.

EQUINOX AT WASING 2024

Taking place at Wasing, a beautiful woodland venue just outside Reading in the UK, Equinox will encapsulate the essence of Summer’s end & celebrate the arrival of Autumn.

Equinox promises a jubilant homage to nature's transition, as the vibrant hues of summer yield to the contemplative embrace of autumn. With the equinox marking the balance between light and darkness, you’re invited to join us for communal revelry, dance, ritual and moments of introspection, harnessing the energy of seasonal change.

Taking place from 20th – 22nd September, the Equinox weekend, Equinox is a one-off fundraiser for the PAR Campaign & Earth Percent.

On Friday, we will welcome US mycologist Paul Stamets on a rare visit to the UK. Paul will be giving a much-anticipated talk on his forthcoming book ‘Psilocybin Mushrooms in their Natural Habitat’.

For the Saturday & Sunday, we are also super excited to partner with Earth Percent. The music industry’s climate foundation co-founded by Brian Eno, with whom we’ve curated an incredible line-up of music artists including Shpongle (DJ Set), Younger Brother, Hayden Thorpe, Mira Khanya, Sam Lee, The Egg & Di-Pod. As well as a range of very special guest speakers including Rebecca Dennis, Alex Beiner, Breaking Convention, the Urge Collective, and the Museum of Consciousness, bringing a finale to Summer like no other.

The legendary late night Fireside Sessions will take place in Wasing’s Sacred Glade featuring Nitin Sawnhey. At 1pm on the Sunday, the time of the Equinox itself, the beginning of Autumn will be marked with ceremony & prayer with Omer Gonen-Haela.

CAMPING

Access to Wasing’s campsite overnight is available for weekend ticketholders only. Bring your own tent or campervan. The campsite includes drinking water and toilets. The campsite opens at 12 noon on 20th September & closes at 4pm on 22nd September 2024.

TIPI TENTS

Tipi tent accommodation is available for Equinox. All reservations are for 2 nights (Fri 20th & Sat 21st Sept). We offer 3 options:-

1 Double Bed for up to 2 people

1 Double Bed & 1x Single Bed for 3 people

1 Double Bed & 2x Single Beds for 4 people

SAUNA

We offer a limited number of Carer Tickets. Should you require a Carer ticket to be added to your Booking in order for You to attend the Event, you can let us know via the Accessible form. Upon receipt of the appropriate documentation, we will add 1 free Carer ticket to Your Booking. Carer tickets are subject to availability & issued at our discretion. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Portable seats, umbrellas, drones, bags larger than A3 size, picnics, BBQs and glass are not permitted within the woodland venue. BBQs, bonfires or flames of any kind are not permitted within the campsite.
